“Parking was safe, location is in a good area. The man who checked us in was to the point, not upbeat and friendly which is completely fine, we’re just use to staying at 4/5 star hotels. The building and rooms are like an apartment complex, which gives a homey feel which I loved the most. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pilows and a thin quilt, not a comforter you’d have in a hotel. Kitchen was equipped with cookware, a full sized fridge, microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining table....

“To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. “I really enjoyed my stay at Sandman Signature. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower felt amazing after a long day. My kids especially loved the indoor pool area, and I appreciated having access to a nice gym for workouts. This trip was a mix of business for me and a Spring Break getaway for my kids, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel—but the time we did spend there was very pleasant. I’ll be returning to Dallas again soon for business and definitely plan to stay here again.”

“Staff was super friendly and the building and room were clean. This properties only downfall is their location next to the highway. The road noise is pretty loud even at night. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise maker, but something to know if you're a really light sleeper.”
